  1. 1. Do the products tarnish?

All the products must be kept away from chemicals like perfumes and creams, and should not be brought into contact with water. Hand-made products are recommended to be used with great care and diligence. If the user manual is observed, tarnishing doesn’t occur on products.

 

  1. 2.What is the material used in products and is it allergic?
  2. Our products are 22-carat gold plating or 900-carat silver plating over brass base. Nickel materials are not used against the possibility of causing allergy; however, allergies may vary from person to person.

 

  1. 3.How long is the warranty period of products?
  2. It is 12 months as of the invoice date. Defects caused by misuse are out of warranty. The products may be repaired after expiry of warranty period against a certain fee. Repairs are limited to materials in stock.  

 

  1. 4.Product is small or big for me. Can you help? 
  2. If the product size is small or big for you, the product may be lengthened or shortened depending on the model, except the standard-sized products. The availability of modifications may vary according to the stock status of materials used in such products.

 

  1. 5.Can I shop without being a member?
  2. You may place an order without being a member. In such case, you may add the product you want to purchase into the cart and click on the “purchase” button. Following which, click on the “Complete shopping” button, and you may complete your shopping by clicking on the “Continue Shopping Without Being A Member” part in the appearing page.

  1. 6.May the products that I add to my cart be sold out?
  2. The products you add to your cart are not reserved in stocks. If you do not purchase the product you add, it is possible that it may be sold out.

 

  1. 7.Do you sell wholesale?
  2. You may contact us via info@mon-reve.net for cooperations in this regard.

 

  1. 8.Can I shop from the site with cryptocurrency?
  2. Yet, such an option is not available.

 

  1. 9.Is there an option for cash on delivery?
  2. We do not have the option for cash on delivery. You may complete your shopping by making online payment with credit card or wire transfer.

 

  1. 10.Is there an option for paying in installments with credit cards?
  2. Yes, there is an option to pay in up to 3 installments for some credit cards.

 

  1. 11.Is it safe to make payment with credit cards?
  2. Mon Reve uses the green bar (home ssl) application, which is the highest security system. The best SSL Certificate providing the security of transmitted information through 128-bit encryption is used. Your card details cannot be viewed by third parties at the payment step. 3D Secure system is employed in all transactions. 3D Secure is an authentication system developed by card companies to ensure the security of online shopping.

 

  1. 12.When will my order be delivered to courier services?
  2. Your order is delivered to courier companies within 3 business days after your order is placed.

 

  1. 13.When will I receive my order?
  2. The process following the delivery of your order to courier companies may vary depending on the accuracy of address information and workload of the courier company. You may track your order from the web address of the courier company using the tracking number sent to you.

 

  1. 14.Which courier companies do you work with?
  2. Depending on the address, we work with Yurtiçi Kargo within the country, and with TNT or PTT for shipments to foreign countries.

 

  1. 15.Do you make shipments abroad?
  2. Yes, we do.

 

  1. 16.How do the returns/changes proceed?
  2. Product change/ return period is 14 days as of the delivery date. Used products cannot be returned/changed.

 

  1. 17.How do I make a return/change?
  2. In case of return/change transactions;
  3. involving a shopping done by a member;


After you log in as a member, you may click on the button corresponding to the product that you want to return/change under the Orders section,

 

involving a shopping done by a non-member;

You may click on the Easy Return/Change section at bottom of the Shopmonreve main page, and add your e-mail address and order number in the pop-up screen, and proceed with the “Find Order” button.

 

  1. 18.How long does it take for the refund to be deposited back to my account?
  2. Depending on your bank, your refund is made within 7 to 10 working days after the product subject to your return request reaches us and is processed.

 

  1. 19.Can I change or return the online-purchased product at your stores?
  2. You may only change the online-purchased products at our stores. For the returns, you should send your package to our head office address with the request that you create in the system.
