CANCELLATION, RETURN, RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND CONDITIONS
1. The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 (fourteen) days from the date the product is delivered to themselves or to the person/organization at the address indicated, without providing any justification and without paying any penalty. In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, the Buyer must notify the Seller of their decision via written notice (e-mail) or through other tools provided on the website (easy return section), and must dispatch the product to the Seller within the specified 14-day period. However, the product must not fall under the category of products for which the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised.
2. If the Buyer returns the product via the Seller’s contracted shipping company, the delivery costs shall be borne by the Seller.
3. The Buyer shall send the invoice and, if applicable, the return form together with the product. The returned product must be delivered complete and undamaged, including its box, packaging, and any standard accessories.
4. Upon receipt of the returned product, the Seller shall examine whether the return conditions are met. If the conditions are satisfied, the Seller shall approve the return via the Website and refund the product price to the Buyer within 14 (fourteen) days from the date the product is received by the Seller.
5. If the value of the goods decreases or return becomes impossible due to a reason caused by the Buyer’s fault, the Buyer shall be obliged to compensate the Seller’s damages proportionate to the fault. However, the Buyer shall not be held responsible for any changes or deterioration resulting from proper use of the product within the withdrawal period.
6. If, due to the exercise of the right of withdrawal, the order total falls below the campaign threshold, any discounts applied within the scope of the campaign shall be canceled.
7. The following products are excluded from the right of withdrawal:
– Contracts for goods or services whose prices fluctuate depending on financial markets and are beyond the control of the Seller or provider.
– Goods prepared in line with the Buyer’s requests or personal needs.
– Perishable goods or goods that may expire.
– Goods whose protective elements such as packaging, tape, seal, or wrapping have been opened after delivery and whose return is not suitable for health and hygiene reasons.
– Goods that are mixed with other products after delivery and cannot be separated by nature.
– Books, digital content, and computer consumables provided in tangible form if their protective elements have been opened.
– Periodicals such as newspapers and magazines, except those provided under subscription agreements.
– Services related to accommodation, transportation of goods, car rental, catering, and leisure activities to be performed on a specific date or period.
– Services performed instantly in electronic form or intangible goods delivered instantly.
– Services whose performance has begun with the Buyer’s approval before the withdrawal period ends.
