How Do I Make a Return?

With Member Login

Create Return RequestClick the "Easy Return" button and select the return reason.

Receive the CodeNote the shipping code displayed on the screen.
Without Membership

Order TrackingClick the "Order Tracking" link in the footer menu.

Enter Your DetailsLog in using your email address and order number.

Start ReturnSelect the relevant products and complete your request.
Our Contracted Shipping Code
After preparing your package, simply visit your nearest MNG Kargo branch and provide the code below. The shipping cost will be covered by us.
Return Conditions
To ensure your return is accepted, the products must meet the following conditions:
With Tags
Product tags must not be removed or damaged.
Unused
The product must not be worn, washed, or altered.
Original Packaging
Box, packaging, and any accessories must be sent completely.
Invoice
The e-invoice or printed invoice included in the package must be enclosed.
Products that reach our warehouse are inspected by our quality control team. Refunds for approved returns will be processed within 2–4 business days Depending on bank processing times, it may take 7–14 days for the refund to reflect in your account.
