Easy Returns & Exchanges

At Mon Reve, we place customer satisfaction above everything else. You may easily return or exchange the products you purchased within 15 days from the delivery date.

1. Create a Request

Easily create your return request via your account or the order tracking page.

2. Prepare the Package

Place the product in its original box together with the invoice, ensuring it is protected from damage.

3. Ship the Package

Send your package to us free of charge using our contracted shipping code.

How Do I Make a Return?

Follow the steps suitable for your membership status.

With Member Login

  1. My Account > My Orders
    Go to your order history and select the relevant order.
  2. Create Return Request
    Click the "Easy Return" button and select the return reason.
  3. Receive the Code
    Note the shipping code displayed on the screen.
Login

Without Membership

  1. Order Tracking
    Click the "Order Tracking" link in the footer menu.
  2. Enter Your Details
    Log in using your email address and order number.
  3. Start Return
    Select the relevant products and complete your request.

Our Contracted Shipping Code

After preparing your package, simply visit your nearest MNG Kargo branch and provide the code below. The shipping cost will be covered by us.

 

Return Conditions

To ensure your return is accepted, the products must meet the following conditions:

With Tags

Product tags must not be removed or damaged.

Unused

The product must not be worn, washed, or altered.

Original Packaging

Box, packaging, and any accessories must be sent completely.

Invoice

The e-invoice or printed invoice included in the package must be enclosed.

Inspection Process

Products that reach our warehouse are inspected by our quality control team. Refunds for approved returns will be processed within 2–4 business days Depending on bank processing times, it may take 7–14 days for the refund to reflect in your account.
