After preparing your package, simply visit your nearest Yurtiçi Kargo branch and provide the code below. The shipping cost will be covered by us.

The product must not be worn, washed, or altered.
Box, packaging, and any accessories must be sent completely.
The e-invoice or printed invoice included in the package must be enclosed.
Products that reach our warehouse are inspected by our quality control team. Refunds for approved returns will be processed within 2–4 business days Depending on bank processing times, it may take 7–14 days for the refund to reflect in your account.
