DISTANCE SALES AGREEMENT
1. SUBJECT
The subject of this Distance Sales Agreement (“Agreement”) is to determine the rights and obligations of the person purchasing a product (“Product”) via the website www.shopmonreve.com (“Website”) (“BUYER”) and Saben Aksesuar Hediyelik Eşya San. ve Tic. Ltd. Şti. (“SELLER/SERVICE PROVIDER”), the legal owner of the Website, in accordance with the Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers (“Law No. 6502”) and the Regulation on Distance Contracts (“Regulation”) (dated 27.11.2014 and numbered 29188).
By approving the order subject to this Agreement, the BUYER accepts and declares in advance that they shall be under the obligation to pay the price of the Product, as well as any additional charges such as shipping fees and taxes, if applicable, and that they have been duly informed in this regard.

The BUYER accepts and undertakes that they act for non-commercial and non-professional purposes within the scope of this Agreement. The BUYER accepts in advance that they have been informed by reviewing the relevant explanations on the Website at every stage of the purchasing process regarding the following:

4.2. The title of the SELLER,
4.3. The SELLER’s contact details enabling communication,
4.4. The SELLER’s contact details for complaints,
4.5. The total price of the Product including all taxes,
4.6. Payment and delivery information and complaint procedures,
4.7. Conditions, duration, and procedure of the right of withdrawal, including return carrier details if applicable,
4.8. Email address for withdrawal notification,
4.9. Cases where the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised,
4.10. Information on applications to Consumer Arbitration Committees or Consumer Courts.

The invoice shall be sent electronically to the BUYER’s email address. If electronic delivery is not possible, it shall be delivered with the order.
6. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
6.1. The BUYER has the right to withdraw within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of delivery without providing justification.
6.2. Return shipping costs shall be borne by the SELLER if returned via the contracted carrier.
6.3. Refunds shall be made within 14 days upon approval of return conditions.
6.4. The Product must be returned complete and undamaged.
6.5. The BUYER is liable for depreciation caused by misuse.
6.6. Campaign discounts may be canceled if thresholds are not met.
6.7. Exceptions to withdrawal apply as per Regulation.

7. GENERAL PROVISIONS
7.1. The BUYER confirms being informed about all relevant details.
7.2. Products shall be delivered within the legal period of 30 days.
7.3. The SELLER undertakes to deliver as agreed.
7.4. Equivalent replacement may be provided upon approval.
7.5. The BUYER must inspect Products upon delivery.
7.6. The SELLER is not liable if delivery is refused by recipient.
7.7. Refunds apply if performance becomes impossible.
7.8. Refunds shall follow the original payment method.
7.9. Delivery obligation ends if payment fails.
7.10. SELLER not liable for cargo issues.
7.11. Unauthorized card use requires Product return.
7.12. SELLER not liable if BUYER chooses another carrier.
7.13. BUYER responsible for accuracy of information.
7.14. BUYER must comply with laws.
7.15. BUYER shall not misuse Website.
7.16. Force majeure conditions apply.
8. DISPUTES
In disputes, SELLER records shall constitute definitive evidence. Consumer Arbitration Committees or Consumer Courts shall have jurisdiction within legal limits.
9. EFFECTIVENESS
Upon completion of payment, the BUYER is deemed to have accepted all terms. This Agreement enters into force upon electronic approval.
