To have your return accepted, items must meet the conditions below.
The item must be unused, not exposed to perfume, water, or chemicals, and must not have been altered/modified.
The box, packaging, and any accessories (if applicable) must be returned complete.
For e-invoiced orders, the customer must issue a return invoice for the return process to be completed.
Items received at our warehouse are inspected by our quality control team. For returns that meet the conditions, the refund is processed to your bank within 2–4 business days. Depending on your bank’s processing times, it may take 7–14 days for the refund to appear in your account.
